Random thought for today: Wishing today
would be renamed “Happy Dad's Day!” After all, it's not the
1950's any more what with skyrocketing divorce and single parent (re:
single female) household rates.
Children are increasingly living with
only their mothers, up from less than one in 10 in 1960 to more than
one in five today.
While Father is a sperm donor, a
DAD has dedicated his life to his children and wife. Therefore, a
father isn't always a dad and may not be worthy of celebration, but a
Dad is always to be congratulated and highly esteemed.
